Reap The Benefit 2018: Feed The Land became one of the most magical events of the year.
Held at the Ohio City Farm at Bridge and W. 24th Street, at the edge of Ohio City overlooking Downtown Cleveland, revelers supported the work of Refugee Response, who recruit mentors to support refugee students.
With a casual “farm chic” feel, partiers were greeted by volunteers and those assisted by Refugee Response, pointing people to food and beverage stations set up in the middle of the farm. Ohio City Farm is one of the larges contiguous urban farms in the country with six acres, providing fresh, local, and healthy food to Cleveland’s underserved residents.
The evening was packed with farm tours, a bee demonstration, a fire pit, a farm bar, seasonal tastings by Chefs Karen Small and Doug Katz, and performances by The Luckey Ones and Becky Boyd.
