Jazz Sax Player Bobby Selvaggio Plays CVNP’s Happy Days Lodge

Wed 9/26 @ 7PM

There are many opportunities to hear Cleveland jazz sax player Bobby Selvaggio in concert in many formats. A native northeast Ohioan who earned his bachelors degree in Kent Stat University, moved to New York for a number of years and then returned to Ohio where he is Director of Jazz Studies at Kent State, he plays both alto and soprano saxes, flute and alto clarinet, and composes and arranges in addition to teaching.

One particularly special chance to hear him is coming up when he plays with the Bobby Selvaggio Quartet at Cuyahoga Valley National Park’s Happy Days Lodge, a peaceful, pleasant, nature-surrounded atmosphere. He’ll be joined by Theron Brown on piano, Dan Pappalardo on bass and Zaire Darden on drums.

Tickets are $21.
