Great Lakes Theatre opens its season with a pair of plays running in repertory that appeal to theatergoers seeking something light.
Yet another production of Mamma Mia!, the jukebox musical with the frothy plotline, fueled by music from 70s Swedish pop quartet Abba, kicks it off on Thu 9/27 with performances through Sun 11/11.
It’s followed on Fri 10/5 by Pride & Prejudice, a romantic comedy based on the 1813 Jane Austen novel of the same name. That will run through Sun 11/4.
