Fault! Short! Long! Record-Breaking Attempt at Paddleball Comes to CLE’s Gordon Square

Sat 9/15 @ 10AM-1PM

Now that tennis’ Serena Williams has been dethroned, can we all sigh a breath of relief and focus on . . . paddleball?

Paddleball may sound light duty, but this event is a heavy hitter because two supercool things are happening: A giant, 14-foot high paddle ball public art sculpture will be installed by the Superelectric artists, and a bid for the Guinness Book record of “The Most People Controlling Paddle Balls at One Time.”

To break the record, 500 participants are required. So head down to Detroit Shoreway’s Superelectric Pinball to put CleveLAND back on the map.

Register from 10am to 11am, practice for an hour, then make (or watch) official attempts from noon to 1pm. Participants each receive a paddleball, for keeps, after the competition.
