Summers @ Severance Offers Concert of Bartok & Elgar and Hangout Time on the Terrace

Fri 8/10 @ 7PM

The next concert in the Cleveland Orchestra’s Summers @ Severance series finds the orchestra, led by Russian conductor Vasily Petrenko of the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic and the Oslo Philharmonic, performing Edward Elgar’s 1904 tone poem In the South (the “south” being southern Italy) and Bela Bartok’s popular Concerto for Orchestra, composed in 1943.

Arrive early and enjoy drinks and munchies with your friends on Severance Hall’s Front Terrace. And hang out after the short, no-intermission concert to enjoy more cocktails, light food, and soft house music and electronica spun by DJ Brad Petty.

Tickets are $27-$97
