Maybe you’ve taken your kids to Talespinner Children’s Theatre, and they’ve been enthralled by the colorful productions, which draw on music, dance, acting, movement, puppets and masks to tell their folk-based stories from around the world.
If they’re hungry for more and want to be part of it all, the fall series of classes at TCT is starting in just about a month. The eight-week sessions, which are broken down into age groups for preschool (3-5), kids (6-10) and early teens (11-14), cover areas such as improvisation, storytelling, acting, movement, puppetry and more, helping students learn teamwork, confidence, communication and creative expression. Each session ends with a performance for family and friends, created by the students.
