Sustainable Cleveland’s PechaKucha-Style Event Focuses on Vibrant Neighborhoods

Tue 7/10 @ 5:30-8PM

PechaKucha-style events have become as much of a staple as TED Talk-type presentations, adapted to a variety of situations and topics. At them presenters talk for 20 seconds about each of 20 projected images.

The Mayor’s Office of Sustainability is presenting its 5th annual Powered by PechaKucha, centering on this year’s Sustainable Cleveland 2019 focus — vibrant neighborhoods. There will be ten speakers in all, including City of Cleveland’s Department of Community Development Tania Manesse, Neal Hodges of Neighborhood Connections, Carrie Carpenter of the Gordon Square Arts District, Greg Zucca of MetroHealth, and vacant land reuse expert Lilah Zautner.

The event is free and open to all. There will be light refreshments and a cash bar. Register here.
