Painesville’s Party in the Park Is One of NE Ohio’s Biggest Summer Blasts

Fri 7/13 @ 11AM-12:15AM

Sat 7/14 & Sun 7/15 @ noon-midnight

Painesville’s Party in the Park lays a claim to being Ohio’s largest no-admission-charge music festival, with artists in all genres, from rockin’ blues of Armstrong Bearcat to the Diamond Project (a tribute to Neil). The 2018 edition also features Alex Bevan, Melanie May, Carlos Jones & the P.L.U.S. Band, Jester’s Revenge, Horse Feathers and Ace Molar, among others.

It’s also a community fair, with jugglers, face painting, car shows, live-animal displays, yoga magicians, and not only clowns but also mimes. Mime-smuggling is a really big crime now, but nobody talks about it (sorry, MST3K joke, couldn’t resist).

Admission is free, but special VIP admission rates entitle one to premium seats, parking, private bartenders and prepared meals from Local Tavern’s Fish Bar.
