Food truck events aren’t the novelty they were a few years ago. Yet these gatherings of specialty, limited-menu restaurants on wheels give area office workers a chance to get some fresh air and try something different each week. Memorial Mondays are taking place all summer at West 3rd and Lakeside Avenue by the Justice Center in the Warehouse District where food choices are limited and the changing weekly rotation of trucks is no doubt welcome.
This week, the SuperHero Food Truck will bring Ameican-style food, Cocky’s Bagels will have sandwiches and breakfast food, the Cedar Grill will add Mediterranean food, and SmashTime Food Truck will bring American, Italian and Mexican selections. There’s live music each week too.
