It’s that time of year again when the food trucks are rolling out in fleets and you practically have to hide to avoid them. There’s a food truck event almost every day of the week, starting on Mondays at Legacy Village in Lyndhurst this week when Food Truck Mondays return for the 5th year.
The trucks will set up on Main Street, with a rotating lineup that will see them returning on an every-other-week basis. Local bands will also be on hand to entertain lunchers.
For the first week, the trucks include 216 Bistro, Barrio Tacos, Chef Grey Wolf, Donut Lab, Jackpot Chicken Food Truck, SuperHero Food Truck, the Orange Trük and the Proper Pig Smokehouse.
