Coit Road Market Starts Wednesday Opening – Morning and New Afternoon Hours

Wed 5/30 @ 10AM-1PM and 4-7PM

The Coit Road Farmers Market in East Cleveland is not only Cleveland’s oldest farmers market, launched in the early 1930s as an outlet for local farmers. It’s also the only area farmers market with its own permanent building. That means it can hold markets year round, every Saturday from 8am-1pm.

During growing and harvest season — June through October — it also hosts Wednesday markets from 10am-1pm. But starting today, it’s doing something brand new. Knowing that Wednesday mornings don’t fit into a lot of people’s shopping schedules, it will be hosting additional Wednesday hours from 4-7pm. That market will also feature prepared meals so you can drop in and grab some dinner to bring home with you. The menu will change based on what’s in season for the market’s farmers.
