Singer/songwriter Caitlin Canty journeyed from her native Vermont to college in the Berkshires to New York City to Nashville, where she’s now based. Along the way she gathered up a host of musical influences, including country, folk, blues and pop.
She released her debut full-length album Golden Hour in 2012 and began to collect the accolades that have continued to pile up as she’s toured incessantly and released two follow-ups: 2015’s Reckless Skyline and her new Motel Bouquet, produced by Noam Pikelny of the Punch Brothers.
She’ll be performing at Peninsula’s G.A.R Hall as part of its Voices in the Valley series. Tickets are $17 in advance, $22 at the door.
