Don’t Drink and Fly – But Drink and Learn About It at the Natural History Museum

Wed 4/18 @ 5-9PM

Think & Drink with the Extinct is a regular special at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History. Consider it a sort of Happy-Hour-ology.

It coincides with the traditional Wednesday night late hours at the University Circle institution. After-work visitors get to meet researchers, witness themed interactive science demos, and eat and drink. There are guest microbrews and vintners, plus the newish Exploration, Zack Bruell’s restaurant located off the Wade Oval lobby.

“Flight” is the theme of this April Think & Drink, either to spotlight the many ornithological specimens and flying things in the Museum collection (and its current exhibit Pterosaurs: flight in the Age of Dinosaurs) — or maybe a salute to folks fleeing the country rather than make their federal tax deadline this week. You can tell what’s on our minds — besides Brick & Barrel and CLE Urban Winery, the suppliers of spirits this time.

The event is included with general admission of $8 per person after 5pm Wednesdays.
