These days, you’ll often find semi-retired restaurateur Parker Bosley behind the meat counter at Ohio City artisan butcher shop Ohio City Provisions.
But the versatile chef (who used to own Parker’s Bistro) is doing a special demonstration and tasting dinner just for all us vegetarians out there. The event, taking place at Market Garden Brewery, will be based on ingredients such as eggs, beans, root vegetables and flash-frozen summer produce. He’ll be creating his vegetarian lasagne, a winter stew, garlic and parsnip timbales, and he’ll demonstrate how to make a more flavorful vegetable stock.
