Taste of Christmas at Historic Lyme Village (If the Taste is Lime It’ll Feel Like a Spoiler)

Wed 12/27 @ 1-8PM

Historic Lyme Village in Bellevue is an open-air living museum of historic buildings, structures dating back to the mid-1800s, including a log church, hardware store and even a postmark museum.

They have hosted Civil War re-enactments and mountain-men conventions, but as a post-Noel tradition Lyme devotes the middle of the work-week/school winter break for a “Taste of Christmas.”

The Village opens with samples of traditional winter-season cooking and dishes, both American and international. Buildings around Lyme Village, including the high-Victorian era John Wright Mansion will receive sightseers for touring and appreciation of the holiday decorations, to go along with the flavors.

Admission is $6 for adults and $4 for children.
