Hang Out and Talk Cats at the Meow-y Catsmas Party at the Millard Fillmore on Waterloo

Sat 12/9 @ 7PM

Anyone who knows Jessica Manko, PetFix employee, trap-neuter-return advocate, Waterloo Alley Cat Project voluteer and multiple cat owner, knows there is nothing — NOTHING! — she would rather do than spend time with cats.

But hanging with other cat lovers to talk about cats, share cat pictures and in general revel in cattery is a close second. That’s what Meow-y Catsmas at the Millard Fillmore Presidential Library (a bar, not a book repository) on Waterloo Road is all about.

Bring all your favorite cat pictures to share and no one will be bored; wear your cat Christmas sweater and no one will laugh at you. There will be raffle items, games, drink specials and food, as well as a “white cat” gift exchange. The event is free but to participate in the exchange is $5, plus a wrapped gift worth $5-$10 (something cat-themed is safe!) All money raised goes to the nonprofit Waterloo Alley Cat Project which neuters/spays and cares for homeless cats in North Collinwood.
