If you are an ardent supporter of LGBT rights, you will want to be at Equality Ohio’s annual Allies for Equality event, which honors someone who is not LGBT who have really stepped up for this community. This year, that’s Christine Link, former executive director of the ACLU of Ohio, an organization that stands up for everyone’s rights. Link recently retired after 27 years at the organization.
The event takes place at the Music Box Supper club. Tickets are $100 and up.
