The Cleveland Botanical Garden Must Be a Misfit Outcast Reindeer – You Could Even Say it Glows

Fri 11/24-Sun 12/31

Tue/Thu/Sat @ 10AM-6PM

Wed/Fri @ 10AM-9AM

Sun @ noon-6PM

The Cleveland Botanical Garden in University Circle traditionally marks the holiday season, starting right after Thanksgiving, with a month-long-plus display of horticultural and crafts called Glow.

Highlights include a miniature model train set with brass tracks going through a mockup of a Cleveland neighborhood — compared to a large, ride-able train that takes visitors through the outdoor gardens adorned for Christmas. The “glow” part comes from the array of thousands of LED bulbs making the CBG grounds into a holiday wonderland.

The illustrious display of gingerbread houses is justly famous. For an extra fee, DYI gingerbread-home contractors can decorate their own with candy.

Tickets to Glow at the Cleveland Botanical Garden are $16 for adults $12 for children and include access to the exotic CBG “Glasshouse” environments and grounds.
