Great Lakes Science Center Invites Visitors to “Stay Curious”

Sat 9/23 @ 10AM-5PM

Sun 9/24 @ noon-5PM

Throughout the year, Great Lakes Science Center presents special weekends, themed to holidays and times of the year, with special demonstrations, hands-on projects and other learning (and fun) opportunities.

This weekend, they’re hosting one just for the heck of it called “Stay Curious.” It will draw from the activities and demos that have been part of other events throughout the year and, they promise, “combine them into one curiosity satisfying celebration.”

That means visitors will find activities that have been part of Star Spangled Science, Spooktacular Science, Turkey Tech and Winter Wonder Days. Participate with a team in the egg drop challenge, try some carpet skating, watch things change color and blow up, and see what happens when you try to electrocute a pickle to learn about circuits and electricity.

All activities are included with admission and best of all, each adult admission gets one free kid admission. So bring the whole family.
