Hear the New Cavani String Quartet Lineup at Happy Days Lodge

Tue 8/22 @ 7PM

The Cavani String Quartet formed in 1984 and since 1988 has been the quartet in residence at the Cleveland Institute of Music. From that base, they’ve performed all over the world and talk students who have populated many other acclaimed string quartets. Most long-running quartets have had member changes over the years, but the Cavani only recently made some major changes. When cellist Merry Peckham and violist Kristen Docter left to join the Oberlin Conservatory faculty, founding violinist Annie Fullard and longtime fellow violinist Mari Sato were joined by Eric Wong on viola and Si-Yan Darren Li on cello.

Come hear the new lineup in the relaxed environs of Cuyahoga Valley National Park’s Happy Days Lodge. Tickets are $20, $15 for Conservancy members, $10 for students.
