Fin, Fur and Feather Are on Exhibit in Chagrin Falls

Fri 9/1 @ 6-8PM

No, Fin, Fur and Feather isn’t another big-box camping/sporting goods superstore chain about to go out of business as fast as Kyrie skipping town. It’s a new outdoor-life exhibition opening in the Margaret “Peg” Bowen Gallery of the Chagrin Falls’ Valley Arts Center.

Everything from the humble slug to sharks, pigs, owls, zebras, hawks, turtles and moose are depicted, in works in all variety of media and materials. And, to give things proper Animal Planet cred, the submissions were judged by Janice Matteucci, chief operating officer of the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

For maximum “wild life,” go the Friday opening reception. The exhibition continues Sat 9/2 through Wed 10/11; Saturdays 10am-2pm and Mondays–Fridays, 10am-4pm (closed Sundays). Admission is free.
