The Backyard Bash Means a Home Safari in Parma

Sat 8/26 @ 12-4PM

Stay-cations are very popular these days (everywhere’s dangerous; nobody’s got money, so why not?). But just because you are restricted to your yard doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a taste of the natural world.

The Biodiversity Bash at the Watershed Stewardship Center at the Cleveland Metroparks West Creek Reservation brings in experts and exhibits on how to cultivate a rich surrounding environment, with selections of garden plants, trees and landscape choices designed to attract a variety of birds, pollinators and mammals. The day is enhanced by live musical entertainment from Family Dog and Musical Mark.

Plant sales, food trucks, birding and wagon rides and wagon rides are also part of the day. Admission is free.
