Mamai Theatre continues its summer season at PlayhouseSquare’s Bialosky Lab Theatre with The Testament of Mary by Colm Tóibín. One of the area’s most gifted actresses, Anne McEvoy, portrays the titular mother of God in this demanding solo show as she relates the story of Jesus’ death as seen through the eyes of a loving mother who questions the events on which the Christian faith is constructed.
The production runs Wednesdays through Saturdays @ 7:30pm and Sundays @ 2:30pm. Tickets are $18-$32.
