Cleveland’s Johnny LaRock Leads a Eurodance Revival at Mahall’s

Fri 6/30 @ 9PM

Eddie Fleisher, aka Johnny LaRock, has been a mainstay of the Cleveland music scene for more than a decade, as a musician, record label owner, producer and writer. He’s performed under the Johnny aRock name solo and in partnership with fellow musician Furface as Johnny LaRock and Furface.

Lately, LaRock has been spearheading a Eurodance revival here in Cleveland. That continues with the release of his latest single, the infectious “Blue Away.” He’ll officially introduce it at a showcase at Mahall’s Locker Room.

There Furface will also be celebrating an EP release, as will local artist J. Bruckner who will be release a four-song EP called Funktapus. Actual Trains (electronics act Alex Schumann) rounds out the bill. And between sets, LaRock will keep the party going spinning Eurodance classics. Admission is $5.
