Cuyahoga Valley National Park is putting together plans to open a new Boston Mills Visitor Center on the southeast corner of Riverview and Boston Mill roads in spring 2019 to serve as a gateway and resource center for park visitors. It will be located in a restored 1905 building, built for the Akron-Canton Bag Company and most recently a private residence whose owner just sold the property to the park.
CVNP and its nonprofit friends group, the Conservancy, are giving the public a peek at the plans and a chance offer input with an open house at Happy Days Lodge. There visitors can view the plans for the design of the buildings, site and exhibits, all being put together by Ohio firms, and comment on them. It’s free to stop by and give them a piece of your mind!
