A tree-festooned urban village filled with century homes, unique architecture and friendly people? Cool Cleveland suggests you experience Tremont by taking a walk: Here are two great ways to enhance your Tremont walking experience: The first is to use Cleveland Historical as your visual guide.
Developed by Cleveland State University’s Center for Public History, Cleveland Historical (http://clevelandhistorical.org) is a free website and mobile app that lets you explore Cleveland’s most interesting places. The second option is to take an audio tour: CSU has developed two narrated tours of the neighborhood. All you need is a smartphone and ear-buds or headphones. See details for both tours below.
Lincoln Park Tour
Take a walk around historic Lincoln Park. Learn about the park itself and ten intriguing sites—from the Ukrainian Museum-Archives, to the Lincoln Park Bath House, to Lemko Hall (where The Deer Hunter was filmed).
