Trio Tremont

When Bac Nguyen vacated his popular eight-year-old establishment Bac in early spring 2108, chef Anthony Soclaro and his partners Meghan Pender and Anthony DiPetta of Medina’s One Eleven Bistro quickly snapped up the high-profile location and opened the semi-upscale but not offputting Trio Tremont there just a couple of months later.

The menu features a sizable list of small plates that are like mini-meals in themselves, centering on seafood such as lobster “cannelloni,” clams or octopus, meatballs, duck, beans, beets and more, with interesting, well-conceived accompaniments. There’s a handful of entrees for bigger appetites, a handful of desserts, cocktails, and wines by the glass or bottle.
