Chefs Adam Bostwick and Brian Orkin, formerly of Cork and Cleaver and Graffiti, tested their meatballs at Ohio City’s Porco Tiki Bar & Lounge before realizing that their new-to-Cleveland concept of build-your-own meatballs could stand on its own.
So in September 2018 they opened Polpetta in Rocky River. There guests can construct their own plate by choosing from a variety of meatballs (including three vegetarian choices), adding a sauce and a side. To round things out, Porco’s mixologists created a longish list of craft cocktails to pair with your plate. Open until 1am Fridays and Saturdays.
