Rising Grill Korean BBQ took over the former Seoul Hot Pot/Hansol spot in AsiaTown in mid 2018 where chef/owner Byung Im offers steaks, chicken, pork, duck, short ribs and seafood that you can cook yourself at your gas-powered table grill.
The large menu features a multitude of traditional Korean appetizers, including kimchi pancakes, dumplings and rice cakes, soups and stews, to set the stage for the main event. There are rice bowls and stir-fried noodle dishes, entrees and of course, the meats for grilling. Lunch is less extravagant, and the kitchen prepares the BBQ.
Rising Grill is open every day but Tuesday for dinner; Saturdays from noon-10pm and Sundays from noon-9pm.
