After more than half a century as Dink’s, a family-style restaurant in downtown Chagrin Falls the space at 16 North Main Street began a series of transitions in 2008 when it became Fresh Start Diner and again in late 2015 when it became North Main Diner, both serving affordable American comfort foods.

It transitioned again in the summer of 2018, this time dramatically, when it became Aurelia, billing itself as “honest food and drink.” It shed the diner-like focus on comfort foods for a more upscale vibe that includes a short and constantly changing list of seasonal farm-to-table offerings ranging from small bites to full entrees, and replaced malts and sodas with a menu of libations.
