A 2019 entrant into the rapidly growing array of Asian restaurants on Cleveland’s near east side is Sichuan Hot Pot, located on Rockwell Avenue which was once the core of the city’s original “Chinatown.”
The restaurant, which offers spicy Szechaun-style food, is lengthy, featuring a dizzying array of cold and hot appetizer, soups and entrees, along with the titular hot pots which you can put together to suit your taste from a list of items such as tofu, eggplant, shrimp, beef and mushrooms. As is usual for Asian eateries, it offers plenty for both meat eaters and vegetarians.
