Cemeteries are repositories of history, and none more so than Lake View Cemetery where some of the most influential and interesting people in the history of Cleveland politics, business, arts, sports, science, philanthropy and more found their final resting place.
The 7th annual Run Through History 5K benefits Lake View Cemetery’s many educational programs. The $25 registration includes refreshments and entertainment, with awards and prizes given at the end. Don’t feel up to running? There’s a two-mile walk, with registration only $20 and dog games and contests with an $8 fee. Nothing for cats though; they only run when they feel like it.
