Bob Marley was born on February 6, 1945, so around this time of year, tributes to the reggae great who died way too soon back in 1981, are rampant.

There’ll be a big Marley birthday party going on at the BOP STOP, where the Mighty Mystic, one of the new generation of reggae artists (he’s 37), will perform, along with Diedrich Jones, Ras Akkurate, Sun Shade and Kette Congo.

Advance tickets are $7; they’re $10 at the door. And all kids are free!
