It’s spring cleaning time, time to clear away the debris of winter. That’s when the “Big Clean” happens, joining other events to beautify communities across the country.
To make this day more fun, the city of Euclid and the Collinwood community have made it into a competition to see who can pick up the most trash. Everyone gathers at Villa Angela-St. Joseph between 9-9:30am to get cleaning supplies and depart for locations in each community. At noon, they return to VASJ for a post-clean-up party with food, music and raffle prizes, as the trash totals are added up to declare the winner.
