Tri-C JazzFest sponsors another free concert to give a talented young musician a chance to strut his stuff in a prestigious environment. Thirteen-year-old Gavin George hails from the Columbus area where he’s been studying piano since he was a toddler. He made his concert debut at 7 with the Newark-Granville Symphony in central Ohio, and currently studies with Antonio Pompa-Baldi, a faculty member at the Cleveland Institute of Music.
George will perform a matinee concert at the Cleveland Museum of Art’s Gartner Auditorium. No reservations are required.
