The Cleveland Botanical Garden’s Gourmets in the Garden summer series is eagerly anticipated each year by Clevelanders with culinary inclinations. Each Wednesday a different local chef holds court, demonstrating cooking techniques and recipes secrets and offering samples to guests.
The August lineup features some real cooking star power: Steve Schimoler of Crop Kitchen (8/3, pictured), Ben Bebenroth of Spice Kitchen + Bar (8/10), Ali Barker of Marigold Catering (8/17) Ricardo Sandoval of Fat Cats (8/24) and wrapping up the season, Doug Katz of fire food and drink (8/31). The Cleveland Botanical Garden is open until 9pm on Wednesdays.
