On Fri 2/26, also in the Foster Theater there will be a screening of 808: The Movie, which tells the story of the Roland TR-808 drum machine and how it changed the sound of pop music. That’s $5.50 admission, and it’s the first of a series of films the Rock Hall will be screening through June.

In addition, on Fri 2/19 and Fri 2/26 @ 1-2pm, the Rock Hall will present a program about soul superstars such as Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin and northeast Ohio’s O’Jays. It’s free with museum admission.
