The Musical Theater Project Reprises Its Battle of the Sexes @VoshNightclub

Anything

Sun 2/14 @ 7PM

If you haven’t caught any of the previous performances, the Musical Theater Project is reprising its “Anything You Can Do: Battle of the Sexes” program just in time for Valentine’s Day.

Take your sweetie to hear vocalists Joe and Kelly Monaghan spar in a good-natured manner through classic pop tunes like George and Ira Gershwin’s “Let’s Call the Whole Thing Off” and Jerome Kern and Dorothy Fields’ “A Fine Romance” — both written for films starring that ultimate sparring couple that ends up together, Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire. The evening is hosted by MTP founder Bill Rudman and his regular co-host Nancy Maier.

It takes place at Vosh Nightclub in Lakewood where you can also order a full dinner and make it a full romantic night out. Doors open at 5:30pm if you’d like to eat before the show. Tickets are $25 or $20 for members of the Musical Theater Project.
