Tuesday is usually a hard day to find a party — except once a year, on Mardi Gras. A brand-new to Cleveland Mardi Gras tradition is the Partigras at Packy Malley’s Bar on Waterloo Road (Of course it’s new — they weren’t open yet last year!)
Everyone’s invited to dress up in their finest costumes, beads and masks to celebrate with the funky Daddy Longleg’s Homegrown Revival providing the music. There’ll be stilt walkers, dancing girls, face painters and a live feed from Bourbon Street in New Orleans, and Cajun food will be available. There’ll even be a chance to win a trip for two to New Orleans, one of America’s most distinctive and fun cities.
It’s an all-ages party too. Tickets are only $5.
