Noted Cleveland neon artist Jeff Chiplis is a leap year baby, which means he only gets to celebrate his birthday every four years. This is one of those years.
He’ll be celebrating all weekend, we hear through the grapevine. But on Friday, he’s inviting everyone to party with him down at his favorite hangout, friendly, funky little Tremont workman’s bar Pat’s in the Flats (ok, it’s kind of on the edge of Tremont and the Flats). The Monday Sound and New Salem Witch Hunters will be providing no-frills rock & roll, and the beers are cheap. (Bring cash — it’s all the take, but you won’t need much).
