The seventh annual Great Big Home + Garden Show is returning to the I-X Center from February 5th – 15th.
At this year’s show will be new ideas to renew, restore and refresh any home. With more than 600 exhibits, hundreds of home industry experts, appearances by home and garden celebrities, and returning favorites from the 2015 show, there is something for everyone at this year’s show.
“The Great Big Home + Garden Show is the premier source in Northeast Ohio for homeowners to check out the latest trends, be inspired or get advice from industry experts,” said Show Manager Rosanna Hrabnicky. “With more than 600 exhibits, home and garden celebrity appearances and an extra day again this year, the show is not to be missed.”
The Great Big Home + Garden Show allows visitors to shop for home improvement contractors, lawn and garden services and equipment, home décor, and other products and services that will offer attendees ideas and inspiration to transform any home or garden.
New features and attractions at include:
Wolf Timbers Rustic Manor, a 2,500-square-foot, ranch rustic-style Idea Home, is an open and airy three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom energy efficient home with a layout designed to wow!
The 1,500-square-foot Xtend Technologies Hi-Tech Entertainment Home, is designed with entertaining in mind and will inspire visitors with ideas for their own entertainment spaces.
She Sheds will have visitors thinking about how to create their own backyard retreat. Whether it’s a nature nest, writer’s retreat or wine tasting room, these She Sheds will spark ideas for creating any type of retreat space with a feminine touch.
Home improvement celebrities making appearances throughout the show include: Two Chicks and a Hammer, the Cooking Channel’s The Beekman Boys, DIY Network’s Jason Cameron, Ursula Carmona and Matt Fox is returning as this year’s Main Stage emcee. Fox is best known for creating and co-hosting the first and longest-running show to air on HGTV, “Room by Room,” as well as hosting and producing the public television series “Around the House with Matt and Shari.”
Returning favorites from 2015 are offering new products + designs:
The popular Garden Showcase, Celebration!-themed gardens created by some of Northeast Ohio’s top landscapers. From Mardi Gras and Labor Day to welcoming home our military or enjoying a wedding, each garden will leave visitors feeling festive and ready to plan their own backyard party.
The combined Main Stage and Loretta Paganini Cooking Stage will be bigger than ever to offer attendees the best of home improvement celebrity appearances with the opportunity to taste and enjoy culinary delights in one convenient location. A state-of-the-art kitchen stage and vignette, will be designed for consumers to tour between stage presentations.
Show attendees can relax and enjoy fine dining among the beauty of the Garden Showcase.
There will also be daily gardening seminars on landscape design, flora and furnishing outdoor rooms will be held by Northeast Ohio landscape experts. The Petitti Floral Mart will also feature numerous outdoor furniture sets and plants to purchase.
Kids can have fun in Playground World’s KidZone, featuring a variety of safe, high-quality playground equipment and exciting giveaways for parents.
