There’s nothing new going on with Cleveland’s New Salem Witch Hunters, who aren’t real active these days, surfacing from time to time to play a local club gig. They haven’t released a new recording since 2001. But they can be relied on for an sweaty, satisfying evening of the same slash-and-burn garage rock they’ve always made, even 30 years after forming. Come see hear frontman/vocalist Dave Atkins and his crew rock the Happy Dog, with Dr. Rock DJ’ing before and after they play. Admission is $5.
