One of the more effective approaches to the problem has been aggressive spay/neuter campaigns an organizations such as Euclid’s PetFix, which promotes the importance of spaying and neutering, and provides low-cost services to pet owners, shelters, feral colony caretakers and rescue groups. it even has a mobile clinic.
Sips for Snips will give you the chance to contribute to the PetFix’s work while enjoying a relaxing Sunday afternoon in a gorgeous country setting, sipping on some the region’s tastiest wines. Chalet Debonne Vineyards in Madison hosts the event, and there’s a covered patio so it takes place rain or shine.
You’ll be able to try Debonne’s noted wines accompanied by appetizers, listen to live music by Uncharted Course, bid on raffle items and meet other people who don’t mind spending an entire afternoon talking about pets. Oh — your leashed, well-behaved dog is welcome too, and he or she doesn’t even have to buy a ticket!
A $30 ticket gets you appetizers and one drink ticket. A $50 VIP ticket gets you unlimited drink tickets and a dog goodie bag.
