A Cain Park annual tradition is the late-summer free matinee by Cleveland’s youth show choir the Singing Angels. For more than 50 years, this group of kids, from fourth grade through high school, has been performing its mix of pop tunes, patriotic songs, musical theater selections and light classical music, augmented by choreography, all over Cleveland and around the world. They’ve performed at ball games, at the zoo, with the Cleveland Orchestra and shared the stage with national artists ranging from Wayne Newton to Celine Dion to Kenny Rogers.
Bring your kids to see what other kids can do, and maybe he or she will be inspired to audition.
