Following in the wake of the brewery explosion, the distillery business is starting to have a revival in Ohio as state regulations on distilling have finally started to loosen. One of these is Columbus-based Watershed Distillery, a micro-distillery launched in 2010 to make handcrafted, artisan gin, vodka and bourbon.
