A year in the planning, AsiaTown’s first Night Market Cleveland attracted a throng of browsers to Rockwell Avenue, the site of Cleveland’s original Chinatown. Carts lined the street offering various types of (mostly Asian) food and wares from (mostly) local craftspeople and artisans. A band played in the parking lot alongside the street and oversized Parade the Circle puppets made occasional forays between the carts and stalls to add to the atmosphere.
The Night Markets will make place on the last Friday of each month, through September from 5-11pm.
