Cleveland quartet Beach Stav play rock with a lot of interesting threads and loose ends — a little ’60s pop, a little psychedelia, a little ’70s punk, a little wistful indie folk, and a bunch of other fleeting things you might catch going by if you’re quick of ear. Around the scene for about 5 or 6 years, they’ve put out a few EPs. Now they’ve got another one, Future Heavy, ready to birth. That’ll happen at Mahall’s 20 lanes, at a show with Item, Uno Lady and Jivviden opening
