Beer Feature: Brooklyn Pennant Ale Brewed EXCLUSIVELY for Melt Bar and Grilled in 2015! We are the only location in the country to offer this awesome summer ale. Brooklyn Pennant Pale Ale is a classic English pale ale, brewed with the prized Maris Otter Malt and Fuggles, Willamette and Cascade hops. Maris Otter is an old malt variety that yields an incomparable biscuity flavor. Pennant is chestnut-colored, medium in body with a hearty malt palate and smooth hop finish.

Food Network Filming at Melt The popular Canadian Food Network show “You Gotta Eat Here” will be filming an episode for their upcoming season at Melt Bar and Grilled. On Monday, July 20th the film crew and host will be at our Independence location all day filming our awesome food, atmosphere and guests. All fans of Melt are invited to be a part of the action and possibly a part of the television program. New Weekend Cocktail Menu The new Melt Bar and Grilled Weekend Drink menu is set to launch on Saturday, July 11th. Join us every Saturday and Sunday for a special drink menu geared toward relaxing weekend day and night drinking! The list features specialty signature Cocktails, Bloody Mary’s & Coffee Drinks. The Weekend Cocktail Menu is the perfect accompaniment to our great gourmet grilled cheese and awesome craft beer list. See you this weekend!
Stone Ruination Nation in July Stone Ruination Nation is a month long celebration of this great American Imperial IPA. Melt will be featuring Stone Ruination Double IPA 2.0 and Ruin 10 Triple IPA at all locations beginning the first week in July. Look for Ruination and a few awesome 1 off Stone kegs all month at all Melt locations in Cleveland and Columbus.
Christmas In July
Saturday, July 25th is officially Christmas in July at all Melt Bar and Grilled locations. Each location will be tapping 1 – 6th barrel of Great Lakes Christmas Ale at 11am. Get to Melt on July 25th early to get your Christmas Ale fix before it is gone until the holiday season!
Lakewood Summer Meltdown – Saturday, July 11th
Melt Bar and Grilled is again sponsoring The 6th Annual Lakewood Summer Meltdown. The event will once again take place in the heart of Downtown Lakewood in front of Melt Bar and Grilled on Saturday, July 11 from 4-10pm.
What is the Meltdown, you ask? Well, think about the best backyard summer party that happens in the middle of your downtown with 5,000 of your neighbors, family and friends. Add 40+ street vendors, games, activities, along with a 1-Mile Kids Fun Run, an evening 5k, live music by the Burning River Ramblers, food vendors and a beer garden with local brews from Buckeye Brewing Company.
