VIDEO: Here’s How We Stop The Hate

Offering $100,000 in scholarships, the Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage invites 6th-12th graders from the region to write an essay expressing their thoughts on intolerance and indifference. The awards ceremony at the Cleveland Museum of Art was something else, featuring full-size cut-outs of each of the finalists on their very own Red Carpet.

Cleveland City Councilman Joe Cimperman MCed, Humble G Tha Fiddla & Euclid High School Drum Corps performed, as did the Cleveland Heights High School & Newton D. Baker School of Arts Youth Sing Out programs, and overseeing the festivities was Maltz Museum founder and Chair, Milton Maltz.
