There’s no such thing as a boring performance by George Clinton, the mastermind behind Parliament/Funkadelic, the one-of-the-kind funk/R&B/rock band that has sometimes boasted a couple of dozen musicians on stage behind the colorful maestro. The 73-year-old Clinton has been performing since the late ’50s and he never stands still. His ensemble has morphed over the years through various identities and spawned numerous spin-off groups.
Clinton and the gang will be back at the House of Blues. Tickets are $29 in advance, $35 at the door.
